Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age and above to purchase any readings/spiritual services via The Moonlight Psychic’s website or any social media platforms, unless you have parental consent. If this is the case, please ask your parent to contact us to obtain a parent consent form. Readings for those who are underage can only be delivered once the parent consent form is filled out and returned to us.
Store items can be purchased by someone of any age, and it is the responsibility of the parent to be aware of their childs purchase.
Purchasing Your Reading
All clients are required to purchase their reading prior to reserving a time slot, appointments cannot be held without full payment.
We do not offer any free readings or ‘test runs’, and those who demand this will find themselves immediately banned. We have had a few people now, demanding free/test readings and turning nasty on us when we refuse, and we wont be tolerating it. This is a business, not a freebie, period. If you feel you need some assurance that our services will be right for you, you are welcome to contact us directly to have a chat about our service options, and we will be very happy to assist, provide you with info about our services, and help you to select a suitable service. You can also read our reviews. All reviews are listed on our facebook page, and a few have been copied onto the website for your convenience.
Your decision to purchase is final, as with any business.
Booking an Appointment
For Video call & phone call readings, please book in a time via the websites Booking System only after purchasing your reading, please do not book a time without purchasing. You can also contact me via facebook messenger or email [email protected] for assistance in booking a time slot but payment still needs to be made upon booking. If there are no suitable time slots available in the booking system, I can check if I am able to open another time slot for you but this will depend on my availability. Appointment times may also vary week to week depending on my availability, as I work from home part time around two small children.
Readings Via Email/Message
For email/message readings, these are scheduled into my availability by me, as they can at times tend to take longer than a video call/phone call reading due to me having to type everything out, so I will book them around the time slots I have available for private bookings. My wait time can vary anywhere between 1 and 14 days depending on my current work load at time of purchase. If you are in need of it rather urgently, you are welcome to let me know and I’ll check how soon I can deliver it to you.
Please also note, I do not currently take face to face appointments, as I work from home around two small children, on a part time basis. The best alternative I offer to face to face, is a Video call which is very similar.
Refunds
We do not offer a refund for any change of mind purchases, whether it be a reading or a product. Your decision to purchase is final. If you’re unable to make it for your appointment, please see the Rescheduling section below.
Rescheduling of Booked Reading on Customers end
If you’ve encountered a sudden change of plans, you are able to reschedule your time slot one time only per booking. Please take into consideration that there may at times be a longer wait for a new appointment, depending on my current availability. However, you will still be able to access the soonest available appointment.
Reschedule of your Booking by The Moonlight Psychic
If by rare occurrence we have not been able to commit to the appointment time you have booked with us, we are genuinely sorry and will offer you a priority reschedule of your booking, or a full refund.
Reading Satisfaction
If your reading is not accurate, please inform us by the end of your session if your reading has been delivered via phone or video call or within 24 hours of receiving your reading via message or email. We will then take on board your feedback and come to a resolution, should the accuracy of your reading not be at an acceptable standard.
Please note that only accuracy issues qualify for a resolution, and that the resolution will be purely based on the accuracy of your reading, and will be resolved on a level of fairness. All complaints must also be sincere and genuine, and we reserve the right to refuse a resolution should we see that the accuracy rate is acceptable, or the complaint is dishonest.
Returns Policy
We do not accept change of mind returns.
If you have purchased a faulty product, we will provide a replacement. Please send photos and explain the issue to [email protected].
If the product is deemed faulty, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you at our nearest convenience and will also cover the shipping costs.
Please note that handmade items may contain some slight variations due to the nature of them being handmade, making each one unique and that this is not considered a product fault therefor, will not warrant a replacement.
Please note that crystals do come in colour, shape and slight size variations, this is normal as they are naturally sourced and vary in colours and shades. With crystal items that have been cut/shaped these can vary in shape and size. We intuitively select the crystals for your order and hope you love them.

Please note – This business is run by a mother of two children. Therefor, I select my own hours to deliver readings, I do not work full time hours and I do not constantly sit by my emails or facebook messenger. My hours vary day to day, and at busy times there may be a wait time of up to 48 hours for a response to your email/message. Please be patient and respectful of this, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I possibly can.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ban from our services & social media platforms, anyone who comes across as abusive, aggressive, rude or deliberately damaging to the company or its staff. Poor behaviour & poor treatment towards us will not be tolerated.

We strive to achieve as high an accuracy rate as possible, and can do our absolute best in this regard, however 100% accuracy can’t be guaranteed, as with any psychic reading. We will give it our absolute best shot to get your reading as accurate as possible and to help you as best as we can.

We will not take any responsibility for any decisions the client has made, or losses/damage/unfortunate events that have occurred due to the clients decisions. The Moonlight Psychic will not be held accountable or liable for any sort of legal claims. As mentioned previously, you need to use the service responsibly, and decide what is appropriate for you.
